Evening Meditation

Join us for our weekly group meditation every Wednesday evening from 6:30-7:30 pm.
Our meditation session includes:
- A sampler of Paramhansa Yogananda’s Energization Exercises, Swami Kriyananda’s Superconscious Living Exercises, or simple yoga postures to prepare the body for meditation (5 to 10 minutes)
- Opening Prayer and Chanting (5 to 10 minutes)
- Meditation (35-45 minutes)
- Healing Prayers
All are welcome to join us!
Our meditations are free, but donations are welcomed and appreciated!
