Evening Meditation

Join us for our weekly group meditation every Wednesday evening from 6:30pm-7:30 pm.

Our meditation session includes:

  • A sampler of Paramhansa Yogananda’s Energization Exercises, Swami Kriyananda’s Superconscious Living Exercises, or simple yoga postures to prepare the body for meditation (5 to 10 minutes)
  • Opening Prayer and Chanting (5 to 10 minutes)
  • Meditation (35-45 minutes)
  •  Healing Prayers
