Guided Meditation

Join us for these special evening sessions of guided meditation, perfect for the beginning meditator or anyone wanting a guided session.  Our 45 minute sessions may include:

  • A sample of the Energization Exercises or Superconscious Living Exercises
  • Relaxing breathing exercises (pranayama)
  • Extra gentle stretching or yoga postures
  • Prayer
  • Chanting
  • Guided introductory meditation technique
  • Affirmations
  • Guided visualizations
  • Healing prayers for peace on the planet

This is a perfect way to introduce yourself to the relaxing effects of meditation.  We hope you will join us for one or more of these guided sessions.

Suggested donation:  $5-10.
