Guided Meditation

Join us for these special evening sessions of guided meditation, perfect for the beginning meditator or anyone wanting a guided session. Our 45 minute sessions may include:
- A sample of the Energization Exercises or Superconscious Living Exercises
- Relaxing breathing exercises (pranayama)
- Extra gentle stretching or yoga postures
- Prayer
- Chanting
- Guided introductory meditation technique
- Affirmations
- Guided visualizations
- Healing prayers for peace on the planet
This is a perfect way to introduce yourself to the relaxing effects of meditation. We hope you will join us for one or more of these guided sessions.
