Evening Meditation

February 5, 2020 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Join us for our weekly group meditation every Wednesday evening from 6:00 pm-7:00 pm.

Each meditation session may include:

  • A sampler of Paramhansa Yogananda’s Energization Exercises, Swami Kriyananda’s Superconscious Living Exercises, or simple yoga postures or gentle stretches to prepare the body for meditation (5 to 10 minutes)
  • Opening Prayer and Chanting (5 to 10 minutes)
  • Meditation (40-50 minutes)
  •  Healing Prayers

All are welcome to join us!
