Guided Meditation

These weekly sessions include a variety of practices and techniques to raise your consciousness and increase your inner peace and joy. Here are some of the practices that may be included each week:
- Yogananda’s Energization Exercises–drawing on cosmic energy to increase our spiritual energy levels.
- Pranayama–yogic breathing techniques for calmness and inner peace.
- Chanting —to open the heart.
- Guided Meditation Experiences–focusing on inner concentration and expansion of our consciousness.
- Inspiring Readings from the wisdom of Paramhansa Yogananda and his disciple, Swami Kriyananda.
- Affirmations–bringing positive energy, spiritual power, and success into our lives
- Healing Prayers for Peace.
These sessions are perfect for beginning meditators as well as more experienced practitioners.
