Stretch & Strengthen Chair Yoga

Treat yourself to these extra gentle chair yoga classes, combining seated Ananda Yoga postures and gentle “stretching and strengthening” exercises.  Enjoy these peaceful sessions filled with relaxing music and uplifting, positive affirmations.  

Perfect for seniors or those who need a gentler yoga session.

Experience the peace, calmness, and joy of  Stretch & Strengthen Chair Yoga in a small group setting.

Wear comfortable clothes and raise your spirits while gently stretching your body and relaxing your mind.

 

                                                   

Cost: $10 per class.  Special discounts are available when you prepay for multiple classes.

 

Class size is limited to 8 students.  Drop-ins are welcome!
